Found an unopened box of Klipsch S4 buds at home
These must be 10 years old now. I have several used pair scattered about the house. Most are missing tips. I had no idea I had a new pair not even opened. I guess I really liked them. Ever find buds/cans you forgot about? They were right next to my Tungsten T Palm Pilot!- ozshadow

Any good bluetooth IEMs with a microphone?
I need a new bluetooth headset for my iphone and it must be noise canceling. If I can find some IEMs that would be dual purpose (good for both music and calls) that would be ideal and the point of this thread. At the moment I only know of the Apple Airpods. Suggestions for a good sounding clock/radio Ipod dock ?
I am mainly interested in the $100ish range. Not Bose range. Anyone have good experiences with some clock/radio format docks ? Not very big. I saw a iHome and Sony at Best Buy, but was not able to listen to them.- ozshadow

Guide to the insides of Ipod Nano's ?
First gen. Considering getting one and I want to see the insides of it. I am considering rewiring the headphone to be a dedicated lineout tieing it to the pins on the dock connector. I really want to see how much room is in there to do this.- ozshadow

Questions about and sourcing Ipod Nano 1 gen
If I have a bunch of ordinary mp3's, can I play them on a Nano ? Do I have to go through Itunes for everything, even if Rockbox is installed ? What exactly is my charging rate ?
I am using this trickle charger circuit. http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=185796 The batts get 24.0v They are two 270 mAh 8.6v batteries. I used a 47 ohm resistor. Whats the charging rate ?- ozshadow

Strange output readings while amp is off and charging
While my amp is turned off and charging via the trickle charger, I get a reading on my headphone output of -20 to -40 mV and ground to ground reading of about 1.5 mV Is this ok ?- ozshadow

Apparently there are some very musical opamps around that can run on less than 3 volts. What are they and how do they sound ? As for buffers, the buf634u will run at 2.5V, but how well does it perform at that low of level ? The AD8397 runs at 3v but if you run 2 AAA batteries, they'll...- ozshadow

Suggestions for modern orchestra music ?
