Little Dot MKIII Tube Rolling
Ah good to see it's not just me then. Well the amp is about a year old, which I bought second hand and as far I know these tubes are still the originals, so may be quite old/on the way out. I don't have any other cans to use to test unfortunately, though using an impedance adapter may be...- J.P.6

Little Dot MKIII Tube Rolling
Hi guys, I'm using some Ultrasone Pro 750 cans with my Little Dot Mk III, I've still got the stock power tubes in there (6H6П) and rolled out the stock drivers a while back with some Mullard EF95 (CV4010) tubes. I get a little bit of distortion with high amounts of bass and treble on certain...- J.P.6

Hi guys, I'm currently using Ultrasone Pro 750s connected to a Little Dot Mark III fed from a Fubar II USB DAC from my iMac. I'm looking to upgrade my headphones to something else and was looking for some recommendations. I'm looking for some closed headphones with a nice amount of bass...- J.P.6

How to get the best sound from my iMac?
Hi guys, My current setup is as follows: iMac (ALAC) > Fubar II USB DAC (with discrete OP AMP) > Little Dot MkIII > Ultrasone Pro 750 and I love the sound, but am looking to upgrade/change some things. I'd like to keep my headphones as I love them and was thinking of getting a new DAC and...- J.P.6

What IEMs?
Hmm, mixed response. I imagined the Etymotics to be comfy with the foam tips like my Er6s are? The SE530s look 'bulky' like my E2Cs were which I had trouble getting into my ears. Do other people find this with the 530? The Sens IE 7 and IE 8 were also on my list, as are the Westone UM2...- J.P.6

What IEMs?
Hi guys, I currently use some Etymotic Er6 IEMs. They're getting old now, and I'm looking for something to replace them with. I was looking at the Etymotic ER4P as they are the same make, and I really liked my Er6's. I want some IEMs that are comfy, and use foam tips as I prefer these...- J.P.6

Little Dot MKIII Tube Rolling
I got myself some Mullard EF92 (M8083) tubes the other day for my MK III when it arrives. They're both properly matched, NOS and the military version. Cost just over £10, pretty good I think. Does anyone use the upgraded jumpers? Worth getting?- J.P.6

Fubar II -> Heed Canamp -> AKG K701 - opamp rolling question
For the Fubar II, look at getting the OPA Earth or OPA Moon from Audio GD. Linky. I ordered one the other day after recommendations from another Head-Fier. From what I was told, the OPA Earth has a 'natural' sound, and the OPA Moon has a 'tubey' sound.- J.P.6

What Tube Amp For Ultrasone Pro 750s?
Hi there, I currently use a Millet Starving Student (DIY) tube amp and I am looking to upgrade. However, I don't want to go the DIY approach this time round. I'm looking at the Little Dots and the Darkvoice range, but have also seen some Chinese tube amps on eBay which look fairly decent...- J.P.6
