C&C XO still available for sale??
...http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f105/h...m-gone-444001/ But I agree with stickers - I think they're done. And you're right.. the C&C XO is a *very* nice amp and I'm fortunate to have one. But given they're gone I wish I had spent the extra $$$ and gotten the Headroom Micro amp...- DavidJr

headb.com gone?
Their domain registration expires in December. Their emails all bounce. All of their products are sold out on their website. Any ideas where to go for support or repair work, should it be needed? Or did I end up wasting 200 bucks on the C&C XO?- DavidJr

Looking for the smallest (quality) portable amp. Suggestions?
I have a PA2V2 from Welcome To Electric-Avenues.com ! and the C&C XO From Headb.com The PA2V2 is actually a pretty decent little amp for the price. Just something to think about while you're window shopping.- DavidJr

Which player?
...to switch from the iPod for a couple of reasons. No one else makes a portable player with 160GB of storage at that pricepoint. And every time I tried to NOT buy an iPod every reviewer compared what I was looking at *to* the iPod. The iPod was the "A-Model". So I figured why get anything else.- DavidJr

do you use EQ?
Since the iPod only does presets I use "Rock" when I use my portable amp and my earphones and "treble boost" in my cars (because they already have enough bass and midrage - but the highs suffer a bit).- DavidJr

Ipod Classic Line out mutes when Hold engaged
I have a classic 160gb and it doesn't do anything remotely like that. It is most likely defective, but make sure you have the most recent firmware installed, too (1.1.1 as of 3/16 I think). I know the prior rev had some issues.- DavidJr

Headb C&C+ a scam ?
Just a late reply to this thread. I just got my C&C XO from HeadB.com. I ordered it on 3/1 and on 3/11 it arrived. Exactly 10 days later. Never got an order confirmation from them and my emails to them went unanswered. BUT they delivered my nice new blue amp from Hong Kong. So.. Amp: Great...- DavidJr
