This Posting (introducing Our C&C Box-Headphone-Amplifier)
was written on behalf of the Manufacturer
as it was there first time intro into the USA and Canadian Markets.
That's why C&C Studio Labs.And that is the reason why it was
introduced this way.

But billyboy you were looking at the Name C&C Studio Labs
in the Posting I see.

C&C Studio Labs even at Headb it will Say C&C Studio Labs
on there Splash Page did you not Notice this
Sure you did.

Did you not also Notice we us...our Name is C&C Labs.
Lets break it down.

C&C Studio Labs= Manufacturer.
C&C Labs= Us.Now is HeadFx.
One "C" in our Name stands for my last name
Chernov
Other "C" Stands for Mr.Chen My Partners Last Name.
C&C
Ok what about the Labs or Lab Part of you Name? and

In my second last Posting I said Quote

Now here is where the Labs part of our name Come In.Now on a Professional Note!
We our Primarily Distributors yes for sure But our other part in this is we design Special Purpose Headphone Amplifiers for
Autistic Children. Children that are hearing impaired and or have learning & attention difficulties. And again we also design for Schools as well.These Amplifiers are not for reg use. We design
them according to the Needs set out by the Company that requires them.
Also we do Mods to Headamps and Tube amplification not just for C&C only we do carry other brand as well.This will be displayed at our up coming new Website.
We aslo test and retested many Amplifiers even from Japan.

after with great debate and listening do we decide if the Amplifier is of very High quality sound and worksmenship.They are compared to other very high end Headphone Amplifiers.We rejected a lot of them for so called great performance and build.A lot of them we tested never
made it here and other forums.

We are hardcore audiophiles so expect the best versus the Price from us and our Company.

well, that's a coincidence - i gave their support email one last try after posting on this forum and whaddayaknow - a response!

I have the email of the employee who sent it to me, as well as the postal address for headb - pm me and i'll provide it, having got this far i don't want to now annoy anyone by posting it on the forum

We are very sorry that our email support has been down for a period of time due to domain name resolution issue. Please send us your XO amplifier (accessories not required) and we will replace it with a new one for you. We would also offer 3 month warranty extension to your XO due to the incident. We apologize for any frustration that might have been caused.

Well this looks quite ridiculous to me. I wonder who could have thought C&C Studio Labs and C&C Labs would be the same company.

So, in the end, when someone has bought a C&C Xo amp from HeadB (who don't answer), who does this person turn to ?

To what address do we send the amp?I hope not China,they once said they had warranty service in PA.Really can we trust them now?

well, i'm in the UK so the address for me is their hong kong one - which was the return address on the customs labels that were on the parcel they sent me the amp in... It may be different if you're in the US of course!

Heard within two minutes after sending an email.
They are back ,and responding quickly.This is what Roman had to say.

Thanks for your email. Our service center in PA is for product inspection and dispatch. If you would like to have service for your amplifier, please provide us your Product Code and we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you.

Just a late reply to this thread. I just got my C&C XO from HeadB.com. I ordered it on 3/1 and on 3/11 it arrived. Exactly 10 days later. Never got an order confirmation from them and my emails to them went unanswered. BUT they delivered my nice new blue amp from Hong Kong.

So.. Amp: Great..! Customer service.. rather lacking.

Sounds like they went back to their old ways. Im glad I went with iBasso..
