I think they are done. Website is still up but email comes back undeliverable. I wish they would just take down the site! Nice looking site...nice looking amps.

But I agree with stickers - I think they're done. And you're right.. the C&C XO is a *very* nice amp and I'm fortunate to have one. But given they're gone I wish I had spent the extra $$$ and gotten the Headroom Micro amp...
