The article also explains that, look up "Drift" . The only way to be sure how accurate it would be after 2 years is to send it off to be calibrated, and ask how accurate it was at the time, before calibration. The higher you go on Fluke's DMM range, the more accuracy/resolution you get, this is the main difference, and you get other goodies like bigger screens (to accommodate the accuracy you get, you usually need more numbers :P), new reading capabilities like frequency readings, LoZ, bigger ranges...- DaMnEd

what is the best soldering station for <£80
I can recommend you the Aoyue 2900, I have one and I like it a lot. Can be found in UK here: Aoyue 2900 Soldering Station Out of stock at the moment, but if you can wait.. More than enough power, temp controlled, tips with heating element, big tip catalog, slim iron, etc.- DaMnEd

How do I balance 75ohm resistors for my earphone cable?
Set your multimeter to ohm at the appropriate range and choose two resistors that are closer to each other. You should probably read this: Hand-Matching Resistors to Tighter Tolerances- DaMnEd
