Best over-ear Bluetooth noise-canceling headphones
Hi Graham... I've been looking for a phone in this category that fits better. I've have the QC35s, and I just got the XM2 version of the Sonys, but both of them put too much physical pressure on my largish ears. I can't find the PXC's to try, but comfort is the big deal as I do a lot of...- AngusMcToon

Huge Comparison of [almost] all the Best Bluetooth Headphones - post your own comparisons here
I'm looking for over ear bluetooth phones with noise canceling for flying, which I do a lot of. I don't like IEM's on planes. I just got the Backbeat Pro and while I find the sound colored and bassy a bit (not a basshead and prefer a balanced, rich bass) they do sound good. The one real...- AngusMcToon

Can't find phones comfortable for exercise walking
I need some advice folks. I'm pretty well equipped for phones, but simply can't find a good headphone for walking...and I'm doing a lot of walking lately, attached to iPod, iPhone and/or Hornet. My Shure e500s usually sound good, but I've tried every imaginable tip and can't find a fit that...- AngusMcToon

headphones for mixing
I think it's worth considering Ultrasone Pro 650 or 750s for critical mixing. S-Logic makes for a very differentiated soundstage, and helps visualize the mix without too much weird coloration of the field. And they're both closed, so they work well for tracking too. Delightful phones after...- AngusMcToon

Proline 750s IN THE HOUSE: impressions
I just recently picked up both Proline 650s and a new edition Pro 750 which arrived today. Mostly looking for a closed phone to use in the project studio, so figured I'd give them a listen. Hearing the 650s convinced me enough to try the 750s. It may be infatuation, perhaps, but I really like...- AngusMcToon

Advice on Motu Ultralight external DAC/ADC
I have an Ultralite, which is primarily a recording interface for the computer...it has 8x8 IOs, including 2 balanced inputs with mic pres, SPDIF, and a standalone mixer...and it comes with Motu's recording apps and a mixer console applet for OSX. It's fundamentally a recording interface used...- AngusMcToon

RSA Hornet goes well with...?
I was amazed at what the Hornet could do even with PX100s...they open up, soundstage widens out, takes a very ordinary phone and turns it into something astounding. Then you plug in the bigger Senns and the Beyers, etc. etc...- AngusMcToon
