is it fine to use 4 pin xlr terminated cables with a single ended adaptor with Hugo?

Finally caught up with the thread, it sure does move fast! I bought the universals a few months back but only received them in February i think. Love them so much paired up with my Hugo, for anyone wondering about the pairing, as its been mentioned a lot in the thread, yes if you own the k10...

when i owned the he-560 i found it more on par with the lcd-2 then the X. (i own the X and 3 and owned the 2). the 560 was a good headphone but the X outclasses it in every way.    On topic now, ive got a pair of closed el-8s on order and hoping to get them this week. fingers crossed :)

I wouldn't know unfortunate :( I Personally wouldn't walk around with these on, as im sure most wont, but for long bus, train rides i can see myself using them

From what i hear the weight distribution is really good so sure you could wear them on the go. Really its up to the individual.

Thanks so much dude! yes i tried it on the xbox and it worked, so i figured it was the player. So yours used to work but it currently crashes? Mine crashes too. Hopefully A&K can fix this soon.

Hey guys! I've got a question for you experts! I've been messing around with a few different amps /dacs now, and I'm wondering if there is a way to make it so my astell and Kern 120ii doesn't charge while I have it paired with my phone. Using it to play Spotify etc etc.

I just installed the trial selected a preset and played back a bluray rip in vlc and it seems the audio is out of sync by a few milliseconds, enough to be annoying. Whats going wrong?

I just ordered a pair of k10 universals and cant wait to have my first listen and 'taste' of a Noble product. I do have a question about them however, do i need to supply my own tips? Do they even need tips, i'm a bit confused.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but what is the best way to get play lists from your computer onto the ak units? I'm using jriver atm. Edit.. Some useful information a few posts up.. Second Edit... strange no idea what i did but they now work.... yay
