I ONLY use a smartphone charger to charge mine, it's never charged from the computer.  Think yours is faulty.

A quick question, while mostly happy with my P1 I get glitches in the sound about 50% of the time while changing volume.  Is this a known bug and does the new firmware do anything to address it?  Thanks.

Received my H3's from Amazon today.  Luckily I managed to snag them at the £220 price they had a couple of weeks ago.  Anyway, my current IEM's are Sony XB90EX and these are a massive step up in every way.  Better soundstage and better clarity.  Bass is very similar in terms of quantity but...

Just to add, I own both and they are not driven equally.  My 6th gen ipod nano dirves the JVC's to perfectly acceptable levels but the Sonys end up being too quiet for me.  There isn't a lot in it but there is a difference if this is important to you.
