Sound isolation of V-Moda Vibe vs PX200
Crisp high (non-fatigue), separation, and bass. These are all better than PX200. The bass in PX200 is stronger but muddy. Hope this can help.- rayq

Sound isolation of V-Moda Vibe vs PX200
I did upgrade from PX200. The Vibes brocks the noise much better than the PX200 although it is not totally isolated. And the sound quality is also better than the PX200 as well. Just go for it!- rayq

The Westone UM1/UM2 Appreciation Thread
How much better in sound quality of UM1 compared to Senn. PX200 for portable use? My source is iAudio X5. I am considering vibes and JBL Ref. 220 as well but afraid that they leak sound since they are not isolated. Thanks. Raymond- rayq

Better Alternative from Canare StarQuad for HD580?
Hi, I am planning to recable my HD580 and I've read that Canare star quad is not a good performer for headphone cable. Does anyone know the next step up from Canare star quad? Also, which is a better plug between Canare F16 and Neutrik NP3C-B (http://www.redco.com/shopexd.asp?id=212)? I did try...- rayq

EarMax vs X-Can v2 (with caps modded)?
Hi, is the EarMax a step up from the MF X-Can v2 with Pany caps modded (not based on price point) for HD580? Does anyone have any experience with the clone version (file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/rquan/download/EarMax%20Clone.htm) vs the real EarMax? Thanks. Raymond- rayq

Hi, I am thinking of building an extension cable using another HD580 cable but have no idea where to get the adaptor (I don't what it's called) for the end connecting to the phone cable. Thanks. Ray- rayq

Calling D777 User, Help Please
Will the charge of the batteries stay full after charge and without playing? In the other words, will the charge be slowly drained if the batteries were left in the CD player without playing? Thanks. Raymond- rayq

Calling D777 User, Help Please
Hi, can you please check the rating (V and A) of the adaptor for the D777? I got one with suspicious adaptor (no marking) which can power up and play the D777 but seems to fail charging the gumstick new batteries. I am planning to buy another generic one that's why I need the power rating...- rayq

High end headphones without an amp
I have just got a HD580 and tried it on my Arcam AVR100 receiver, everything (singer, instruments) seems to be inline (ie, not 3D soundstage). My HD580 is still in the process of burn-in, hofefully, it will get better! I don't have any experience to any delicate headphone amp, so I don't know...- rayq
