For the CMoy, one of the best places to get started is http://tangentsoft.net/audio He's got a great tutorial on the CMoy and other DIY audio, and it's an easy-to-follow guide. Good luck! DIY amps are fun!

Here is a good guide for making a cmoy2 amp over at sgheadphones.net
It is my first build too. An easy amp to build while having an improved sound over cmoy. The PCB can be obtained if you ask around the forum.
