The link tells you that if you are the kind of person that is bothered by a cosmetic flaw that does not affect the sound quality, then you should not buy a B stock headphone. Unfortunately, I found out that I am the kind of person that is bothered. You cannot judge what is acceptable to you by the variations that others are unable to find or may be willing to accept.

I am up in the air on mine right now. I will learn to accept, or someone will get a deal. I understood the terms when I made my selection and I intend to abide by them, and I WILL be making another purchase from ZMF. This will, however, be my last B stock purchase.

It is my personality issue. The headphone sounds great.

The Verite Closed 154 arrived today, it was worth the wait! I let them warm up after being cold from shipping and am just starting to listen. Got the Folkvanger and some speaker amps to try them on.

Received my atrium #60 b stock koa headphones last week. I love the sound, may prefer some vocals on these over my ironwood VCs. Nothing that makes these b stock, that I can find, bothers me. I would definitely buy these again if I had to do it over. Maybe I can pick up some b stock calderas next November.

Got my VC 149, Merry Christmas to me! This purple is so clean! Pictured with his sibling KOA Atrium. Very happy right now! Haven't given them a listen yet, I'll take it for a spin on my Quicksilver headamp later tonight.

Also snagged the B-stock Michanikos cable with the purple splitter to match .

Now I have to decide if the Bifrost 2 upgrade is worth it for my DAC ...

My VC Ltd have arrived, and I am just listening to them now for the first time on my LTA MZ3. Can I just check, for the A grade sets which shipped with two sets of cables, is the 'better' cable the one with the plastic or braided jacket?

Thank you! I've ordered a 10ft one from Periapt, so I can sit on the sofa comfortably. I will make do with the ZMF OFC cable until then.
