I understand that you can not solder on top of each other, as there is not enough space, and you have to solder on the side? Is there anywhere else the capacitors need to be replaced?
You must desolder op amps capacitors and sold only 2 layers: 10uF or 22uF and 100nF
MLCC. Electrolytic is not needed it was only a test.

In the photo, red marks the capacitors that are soldered side by side, and green marks one on top of the other. Should I do that too, or should I solder one on top of the other?
I also wanted to ask, do the small capacitors near the ops need to be changed? (Second picture)

Its not needed, most important are green ones on upper image.
Only MLCC, eletrolitic was only for testing.

Red ones on next level are important too for replace for C0G ones.
You must go for mesure tool like that:

LCR-T4 LCD Screen Digital Transistor Tester Diode Triode Capacitance ESR Meter SCR Inductance For MOSFET/JFET/PNP/NPN L/C/R
https://a.aliexpress.com/_uRXkko

Red are in audio rail and green ones as power supply filtering.

It turns out that all I have to modify is to replace these capacitors with ceramic 10uF + 100nF (C0G)?
I also wanted to ask, were you able to eliminate the interference that the bluetooth catches? I even decided to unsolder the antenna, and still the interference slips in, even with the bluetooth off.

Reds have very low values please go for that measure tool. Maybe You will find it on Your local online store as well. There is very low capacity values and it's important.
I don't remember exactly values.
But to sleep calmly :) just replace it for best C0G capacitors You can find.

You can't buy any tester in Your country?

How You will figure out which part is damaged or what is a capacity of selected part?
The problem is not that I can not, but that I do not have the money now. Capacitors are not expensive, but the tester from Aliexpress $ 10-20. I just changed the parts from the recommendations, not myself, so the need for this device is not seen. If it is critical, I can wait and buy the tester a little later, but then wait a couple of weeks until it arrives, in my country, I have not seen such testers.

And which capacitors are we talking about?:L3000: Those little 0603 capacitors around op2156, or the 1206, of which there are 7?

I have a problem with the last firmware update 0.3. I use a 200 GB card and play my music through shuffle over the entire card with now 5744 files. After about 3,5 hours use the Z4 stucks in the same file. Skipping is no use. It stays in the same file. Only shutting down and restart will solve the problem for an other period of about 3,5 hours. Do others recognise the problem?
