i checked and i.Valux Bette 10mm looks cool, but LZ Zo3a looks kinda cheaply packed.. is this the one you meant?

Yes that's them but if you get them from his store on Aliexpress using the app they are $24. Check out the Chinese products thread, tons of great gear for good prices

I saw that I.Valux impendance is 32 ohm and Lz Zo3 is 16ohm (same with Tenore, Adagio2 and Heaven II that i owned so far)..
 
im not a technical audiophile (or an audiophile at all, i just enjoy good music) , does it means higher is better in layman understanding?

I've had mine for over a year now and I feel like there isn't as much bass as before. A while back I've removed the mesh filter because they got clogged and I've stuffed some cotton down the nozzle. This did not affect the bass as I far as I can remember. The mids and highs are just as smooth as they were though. 

I'm a little disappointed right now and I want to buy a new pair but my current ones are just fine except for the bass.

 
Can you get the cotton filter out again and check whether that makes a difference for bass?

No improvement. I stuffed it with cotton because the treble got harsh after removing the mesh.
 
My Piston 3 has noticeably more bass than my tenore. Should this be the case?

Just wanted to rule out any side-effect on bass, that's why I asked. Anyway, if the cause isn't in front of the driver, that would only leave the back vent. Not very likely though that it would get clogged over time.
 
Sadly, I haven't heard the Piston 3.

both impedance and sensitivity play a factor in how loud they will be at a given volume. Not the quality of the IEM. The Bette are easy to drive
