Davy, I'm a little puzzled by the Play Next Album/Folder feature and was hoping you could help clarify my doubts.

I have my music organised in the following structure (on a MicroSD card):
Artist 1
- Album A
--- Disc i
--- Disc ii
- Album B
--- Disc i
--- Disc ii
Artist 2... and so on

In UAPP's Library, there are 4 entries under Artist 1:
Album A Disc i
Album A Disc ii
Album B Disc i
Album B Disc ii

I play Album A Disc i. At the end of the album, instead of proceeding to Album A Disc ii, UAPP skips to Album B Disc i.

Is this the intended behaviour?

This is with UAPP 5.1.1?

Hi Davy,
On Cayin N5iiS, UAPP can't detect SD card. only Internal storage... is it an issued of my own DAP or else ?

It probably is not configured right. If you go using folder to /storage or /mnt, do you see any subfolder that could be the external SD card, like a number 0000-0000? Please note that /mnt/sdcard is the internal storage.

Ok, is there any other app on your device that lists the external SD card (without using the Storage Access Framework preferably)?

Ok, then you can add those folders manually by going to /mnt/external_sd1 or /mnt/external_sd2 and add them for scanning into the Library.

I can only add support if you can send ADB logs of other apps playing native DSD. If you have experience with that or good PC knowledge, let me know.

@Davy Wentzler, DSD512 files sound really good on UAPP, but I'm trying to get gapless playback to work and there is always a click and a pause between tracks. Is this just a limitation of UAPP with DSD512 or is there a setting I can adjust? Thanks!

No, it will always stop and start between dsf/dff tracks because we cannot get it to work otherwise. SACD .iso's can play gapless though.
