I excluded yesterday, but get same result. I even tried with adaptive battery function turned off.You must exclude the app from battery optimization.

What you mean, when you say globally?Often, you need to turn it on globally and then exclude it. At least that's how it works on the OnePlus.

OK, I will try and let you know results.
Thanks
So I have to choose between Spotify and UAPP? Does anyone else have this problem and is there a way to stop it?It's not when you are using Spotify, it's when you attach a USB DAC. Since this dialog comes from Android, there is no way to get around this.

I'm in thensame situation, how did you hve installed it? I can't because the Google market don't allow the installation on the tv boxGot a Himedia Q10 Pro as a media player:

As the name suggest (Usb Audio Player Pro) its USB only...for now (who knows in the future).
Like Mickey, I am also using the Uapp app with an Android TV box. I had no problems downloading it in the app store.I'm in thensame situation, how did you hve installed it? I can't because the Google market don't allow the installation on the tv box
Really thanks!
I have done that but the dialog keeps popping back up.I'm not sure what you mean. If you connect the DAC and Android asks which app to use, you just choose nothing and use the back button to ignore it. Once you use UAPP with it, you may have to disconnect and reconnect the DAC.

BTW, so far it's working but I am having some minor issues.

Cannot understand why....it's because I've put thr android tv firmware?Like Mickey, I am also using the Uapp app with an Android TV box. I had no problems downloading it in the app store.

I have a very basic Tanix TX8 Android TV. I haven't done any firmware upgrades to it and have Play Store on it. After learning about UAPP from Mickey, I tried to load and pay for the app. I was successful.Cannot understand why....it's because I've put thr android tv firmware?
