Have a pair of DT990 120ohms i'm looking to upgrade from.
Bought a pair of MS-Pro's and wasn't a fan at all, i like my bass and it was really lacking on the pros.
I'm looking at either a pair of Denon D5000's or Audeze LCD2's am i looking in the right path?
I will be running them from my computer through a Cambridge DAC Magic and my Rotel RA-04 amp.

I have the d5k and it's just superb. But that's if you can still find it and at a reasonable price as they are d/c. The lcd-2 is just out of my price range. I would like to own it though. I gave up for the time being and have a friend help me mod a pair of fostex t50rp's. I have not heard them yet, but they are said to have a good percentage of the lcd sound.

gL!!

Beyerdynamic DT990 120-Ohm?, I thought they only came in 32-ohm, 250-Ohm and 600-Ohm.

you can buy a d7000 and have someone mod a fostex t50rp to get 80% of the lcd2 sound. both headphones still costs less than a brand new lcd2 i think?
