Absolutely love these IEMs, and considering a reshell

I see a few pages back some discussion of the TF10s with an amp.  Out of the cMoy, and FiiO E11 I've used, those amps didn't do anything for the UEs...just some added volume.  However, once my phone charges a bit more, I'm going to hook up my newly acquired Go-Vibe Magnum and see if that does anything for it.  I'm already impressed with the amps performance with even my HD 650s...multiply better than the cMoy or FiiO.

I guess I was the one looking for advice on amp with the TF10. Thanks for the info on CMoy and E11.
I figured that I could use a dac/amp combo to get the best out of them, so I have ordered an Odac and a PA2V2, which I could use with my headphones as well...

A few years ago amazon did an amazing black friday deal where TF10's sold for an incredible $100 iirc, thousands were snapped up instantly and it had a huge effect on TF10 market prices overall. Now that they are discontinued prices have gone back up closer to where they were pre Black Friday deal.... so yes, I'd say that is a reasonable price, I'd buy them for that just now, even just to have as a spare second pair.

Both are very good in their own right but I guess it depends on what you are looking for, what kind of music you listen to and what you are looking for in an iem. Here are some comparison threads to help you decide..

TF10's are amazing with EDM and the likes, but in your case I'd probably go for the GR07's.
 
I think my next buy will be the T-Peos H200 Hybrids ($250).

So I had an excuse to buy a a Cowon X9 and a Jds Labs C5 because the hardware on my galaxy nexus (nothing to see here simple audio jack failure) is a sham. I love the TF 10, but its very likley the amp will be overkill. Will the amp destroy my iems?

The GR07 is reported to (I've not heard these myself) have some sibilance. The TF10 is a safe choice in this regard.

I plan on foam tips...and sibilance disperses after some usage....from what I've read.. plus I can get GR07 100 dollars cheaper!!
