There are 2 boxes. There's the basic packaging and then there is that badassness you linked. During that TF10 deal from Amazon/Logitech fior $100, some people got that one.

the black box isn't fake, its just that the packaging looks/packed so much better than the normal standard grey one. I want that black box tf10

I got my Super.fi 5s (the new v2 ones) last (08) Christmas in that box. The ones I just got are in the silver box though; same with my UE Trips. I would say that they're alright but you could call and make sure.

I just received my Comply T-400 replacement tips. Thanks so much for the recommendations, guys! These things are fitting SO much better. The seal is great, they are super comfy, and because of the seal, i'm getting much improved bass response. So I've figured out that T-400 + TripleFi is a good combo... Now i need to figure out whether or not I need those darn Lune cables!

Not sure whether this is worthy of it's own thread but I'm in the market for a pair of these awesome IEMs and because Amazon doesn't ship to Aus of been forced to go with eBay. Anyway does anyone happen to know of any proven reliable sellers because if I get a fake I'm going to lose it and kill someone at work (Long story).

I know I'll probably get told to buy from a reputable seller not of eBay but I haven't found one in the US that ships to Australia and in Australia they are ridiculously over priced (80% more). Thank's in advance to anyone who's willing to help me out.

Never heard of fake UE phones, except for 2nd hand or refurbished being passed off as new.
The eBay link posted in the previous page appears to be a reasonable deal, but I see the seller has a few negative feedback. Otherwise the cheapest on eBay that also ships to Australia is going for 240AUD incl postage, just check their feedback if you're paranoid.
You could still buy it off Amazon through a freight forwarder like Shipito and get them to send it over (Amazon's free shipping + Shipito's $8.50 + USPS shipping fee, shouldn't be more than 30USD all up for shipping so about ~230AUD total).

I bite the bullet and took one from there. What surprised me is that 16 pieces sold in less then 24 hours. Also, someone bought 5, probably to resell them, so it was a good deal i hope.

Hi there guys!
I have a question:
There are some models on ebay called ''ultimate ears triple fi.10 pro'' and some others ''ultimate ears triple fi.10'' with the omission of 'PRO". Is there a real difference behind these two or we have to do with a commercial trick?
