I've tried my large Monster triple flanges on mine; they fit on the TF10s perfectly, but fit inside my ear painfully. After much experimenting with various tips of all shapes and sizes, I've settled on the medium-sized UEs... they fit in my ear easy and sound great.

Any with the large canal phone opening is the answer, which, apart from Westone, Ety and a limited number of Shure models, is most all of the other third party sleeves (mainstream and Chinese off brands as well). One option I intend to try are the Sony Hybrids, which while not technically made for the larger sound tubes, and be stretched to fit. For example, I liked the sound with the hybrids on the IE8s before I sold them. And I am using hybrids on the new pair of Cyclone PR1 Pros I just got. I intend to give the hybrids first shot tonight when the TF10s arrive.

I was surprised that TF10 didn't come with any user manual (other than the warranty papers) in the box.
Still struggling with the best way to wear them, even though I thought I got a lot of practice with the UHP336.....
