@Chang you mad genius
I like it that it has Chang's trademark ear-to-ear smile on it.

This just arrived today, and it''s.... insanely good. Nightjar Sovereign Symphony is 🔥🔥🐐! @Chang you mad genius, this might be the best cable I've ever heard. Better than Orpheus? Need more time, but leaning that way. 😮 Seriously.

Full review coming soon, so stay tuned. Traillii Ti + NJ SS + LP6 Ti AE is absolutely incredible ❤️

Congrats! I’m so hyped to receive mine 😍

Canjam Singapore Day Zero photos
Really interested to hear your impressions on Artha Argentium. Your video on the original Artha was great. Hadn't seen a showcase of the Flipears packaging before that. Really special. People seemed to prefer this to its more expensive DD driver counterpart. The design is really impressive. Do people here prefer more understated shells with chromatic colors? Best looking shells in the game. Whatever this is, its my favorite. Pretty much uncontested design/looks-wise, unless anyone else has a personal favorite? Really looks like art.

Happy Friday!! Long week, finally home and reading with envy all the goings-on in Singapore, they clearly have an exciting weekend ahead. Thanks to our coolers there reporting back on everything!

In the meantime, I have really hit a sweet spot for my tastes and no matter what I'm missing out on, I certainly don't feel it.

Trifecta has, in short order, become the gem iem for me, and this particular color edition is just mesmerizing to look at (when not in my ears). It sounds incredible out of the P6Pro, but adding an iBasso PB5 Osprey to the chain has supercharged the entire thing while adding some tube warmth to P6Pro's impeccable r2r playback. I feel like I've leapfrogged the LP6 here and even the N30 didn't sound this insanely good.

So I'll be kicking back this weekend with this wicked combo while reading all the canjam posts and wanting for nothing!

👍👍

I’m also a new owner of the iBasso stack and super excited. Sound quality and versatility- jawdropping. And I like the independence from a DAP.

I can use it with iPhone, iPad, Computer, SP3000. With or without the D16 as DAC, play with different sound representation by double amping etc. super fun!!

I'm not gonna say that I took a break from mega-kilo buck IEMs, but I was curious about these Hidizs MP145 (14.5mm planar magnetic driver) IEMs per recommendation from a few people who are very much into mega-kilo buck IEMs and still enjoyed it :D It does need some tip-rolling to smooth out the 8kHz peak, but at $150+ for the original version and double that for the Golden Titanium version (which has improved bass response), it makes me wonder what other budget gems have I missed. Just put together a detailed review of the Hidizs MP145 and their S9 Pro Plus dongle. Enjoy the read :)

I haven’t been following that one at all. What are the specs on the iBasso?

Thanks for the advice I’ve tried the E type and spiral dots, spinfit 145 / 200 and W1 Azla SednaEarfit Crystal currently using stock silicon just don’t think the Supermoon is for me can’t put my finger on it, at the moment I prefer my IE600
Have you tried the Campfire Audio foamies or the
Symbio type F one's . Also have you considered using the Supermoon as a specialist type of IEM ? I don't know what your tastes are in music but I like it with modern pop and some classic rock for example the Rolling Stones sound really good to me . Hope this helps .

I've had similar peak issues with every planar IEM I've heard. Not sure if it's intrinsic to the tech or not. Raptgo hook x is my go-to fun budget planar, but imagine it's fairly outdated by now.

Probably ibassos biggest win was having dual boot android and mango os as a standard feature--it's my biggest complaint since switching to Sony (I owned a dx160 back in the day, it's probably still gathering dust somewhere). Normally I shrug at flagship player prices, but if that battery life estimate on ultimate settings I'm seeing is accurate, that's significantly impressive given the driving capability. Toss in the full hd screen and I could even envision playing the odd movie or two on it.
