I don't have them yet, I have read it many times here (about M50 comparisons) 
I want to know if there is an annoying mid-treble spike, or mid-bass bloat or something etc.

IMHO the blue mesh is a bit overdone in there, having it red (for a full "Look at my fockin' headphones") or black could be a good change

Yeah, I just want to try new gear. It isn't that they aren't great (they are), I just always have an itch to try other things.

Don't I know the feeling.. I'm re-acquiring a pair of your modded T50rps but with STAX pads.. Considering sending them into Martin at Martin Custom Audio to put wood cups and custom slider adjustments on em.. Or maybe sending in my LCD 2 to turn them into closed cans.. Who knows..

Ah that was the first pair I made, only one bass port.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I honestly just needed some closed headphones and these look just as good as mine did. Probably not even close to as bassy as mine were, but I can live with that.
