yes, hd6000 is now $89. should've ordered it yesterday when it was $59.

I use mistertao.com and ugomark.com. I like Mistertao the best, as they take pics of the item you bought before they ship it.

  You can get the Gemini HSR-1000 (Takstar Pro 80) off eBay for $50-$60.
I like the sound quality of the HSR-1000 just a little better then the HI2050.
The HD6000 is like a ATH-M50(?), I prefer to use my HSR-1000 over my HD6000.

 
HD5500 > Pro 80 > HD6000 > HI2050
 
I never realized the HD6000 was similar to the M50. I feel the HD6000 has better highs though, and slightly more recessed mids. Just broke out the HD6000 again tonight, and the HD6000 sounds awesome off my HifimeDIY Sabre U2 and Aune T1. I was thinking of selling it, but I like it too much.

@bhazard  I already have takstar ts 671 and pro 80. If I order HD 5500 or HD 6000 will there be other sound characteristic difference? If yes, better 5500 or 6000? I listen mostly to vocals.

I would think the Pro 80 is already the best for vocals. You can't go wrong with either of the three. I haven't heard the 671.

Thanks. So if I did buy HD5500 (or 6000) it will be for bass. Clarity bass is so tempting, especially at this price
