For me, it was the HD280. I sent those back after a week of torture. They were like a clamp, were hot, had no bass impact, and I plain didn't like them.

Does that count as overrated? cause i think that falls in the category of "doesn't fit your taste" or "it's not the kind of headphone you prefer". anyone agree with me on this?
