That was pretty cool. You should check out BT's albums This Binary Universe and the follow ups If the Stars Are Eternal So Are You and I and Morceau Subrosa if you like this sort of ambient, glitchy music. I think they might be right up your alley if you haven't heard them before.

Admittedly these two examples are less ambient and more musical than most of the songs on those albums, but they're still pretty awesome.

*Skip to ~8:00 mins for the cool stuff. This one takes it's time building up.*

14x BA driver IEM from Empire Ears: http://www.head-fi.org/t/787791/empire-ears-zeus-impressions-thread-worlds-first-14-driver-iem - 14 drivers!!!!

@nmatheis : Nik, how would you describe sound sig of Zeus?  I reading some impressions/reviews, and they are a bit contradicting, perhaps due to source matching?

Ahhh. The IEM driver wars!

How long till we see 20?

I'm sure 20 driver config is just around the corner, $3k+ CIEM lol!!!  Here is a thing, even so we are talking about BA drivers, still it's a lot to pack in a small earpiece.  But they are not physically placing 12 separate blocks in there.  Every time I look into 5-/6-driver IEMs/CIEMs, I see only 3 small BA modules, meaning those are dual drivers.  So, I believe the driver manufacturers are packing now dual, triple, and maybe quad BA driver modules that gives you more tuning flexibility.  The only negative is that driver # "drives" the price which I'm not sure proportional to the actual cost.  So prices are kind of artificial.  I forgot where I read this HE1000 review (maybe it was Tyll's review), but it was mentioned that manufacturing of those magnetic drivers is such time consuming process, they priced HE1k intentionally high so they don't get flooded with orders.  Maybe it's the same with these TOTL CIEMs...
