Some great tributes put on here last night gentlemen, we are here Relic. Can't stop your pain but hopefully can ease it some. So I guess Podster is going to have to write a review or two so he can partake of a tour

I start you morning with one of my favorite versions of this one:

Bit more accessible than "O Superman."

And then there's what I consider the Canadian Laurie Anderson (though maybe a bit less weird):

Just found out I lost a friend unexpectedly this morning. A mother of two who will never get to know who she is. Enjoy each and every second my friends. You never know.

It's always sad to hear/witness someone who is close to you fading away... My condolences to the family...

After reading the responses to your post on the Lab thread, once again I am sure that we are a bunch of souls who feeds with music rather than being a bunch of gear junkies

I just did a music quiz and it says that I'd like buggle gum pop lol. Well I did like Debbie Gibson as a kid. How embarassing is that to admit lol

Just as well I didn't have this playing on my HE500s when I was on the train this afternoon

I thought everybody knew that already?  I'm known everywhere as twister/twister6 except for XDA where a long time ago I signed up as "vectron".  I guess nobody visits a link in my signature where I have a full index of all of my reviews on head-fi and links to my reviews on XDA and AndroidForums (hundreds of reviews, I'm a guide of accessories section in those communities) and links to my Amazon reviews (i think i'm up to #370 in top reviewers in there)
biggrin.gif
I'm probably one of the few reviewers who hasn't capitalize on the fame with Blogs and YT and all other social media perks lol!!!

First things first, welcome to the Lab friend!

Second, your theory on pizza is true, but only IF we're talking thin crust pizza. In my neck of the woods deep dish pizza is very popular, but it won't cook completely unless you lower the heat a little.

If you're ever in the Chicago area, look me up brotha, I'll take you for some deep dish pizza that's out of this world.

Ah yes...deep dish pizza. I've only had it once...from Pizza hut (I know - the horror!) and I remembered it being insanely delicious as a kid haha. But if I can limit the carb intake I would. And would take 2x toppings over thick crust any day! Not that I don't like pizza crust, but I like meat + cheese better!

But I really haven't given it a chance and gotta try the real deal.

Welcome, Jeremy!

Supa-hot + baking stone + sparse cheese, sauce & toppings = damn good thin crust pizza.

Wish my oven got hotter...

Ya man...and I don't know how good it is to be pushing the home ovens to the limit. One thing for everyone to try is to use thick, unglazed terracotta tiles. Those work really well, and are pretty cheap.

With those, you could even make a second shelf of tiles/stones. Then put the pizza in between the two layers to really concentrate the heat in the middle of this "brick oven" that you built.

gets the job done.
