..I like lush & clear mids, with slightly smooth treble yet detailed treble. Maybe something like a Duoza with better bass quality, but similar quantity. Hmm, don't know... Listen mainly to EDM, Trap, Dubstep, Alternative, Rock, and OST's.

We are after the same iems. Same taste and sound signature requirements. Although I probably put separation above bass for Trance. Non tiring Silky and yet sparkly treble with lush mids.
Don't mind using little Equ.

Wondering if I can stretch to $150 would A73 suit ?
I find Titans to be aggressive and tiring.

That's very true, but my ears are very happy:-). I was listening to Godsmacks greatest hits with your recommended kz ed9's and for $18.00 those things are fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Peter, sorry if you mentioned it before, but do you have a link/price where you got this Elecom BT receiver?  How does the sound quality wired vs wireless compares with these, especially bass and high frequency roll off?  I'm impressed with a spec (http://www.elecom.co.jp/global/release/201502/lbt-php505bk-g/index.html), but a bit curious since they mentioned support of aptX codec and talk about low-latency (where aptX does reduce latency between audio/video) which I thought not going to be introduced until later this year?

Alex, I got it on ebay but I'm on my phone right now so I can't link the listing. The price was $52 shipped from Japan.

I've got no clue about Bluetooth codecs but it has got better bass extension than my phone (Z3compact) and at least as good SQ overall but with much more power.

I've just got it today so I'd like to use it some mote before I make any final claims but I really really like the fact that I can put any one of my headphones on and walk around freely in my kitchen/livingroom area without having to carry thr phone around or risk to cut any cables while cooking ;)
