Blue=neutral
Red=slightly v-shaped
Black=rolled off treble with huge bass boost.
:blush:

Ah, thanks!

I'm working on getting a demo pair. I'd buy it but $350 is an awful lot of money to spend on a IEM I haven't heard yet.

I trust your impressions Paul and have no doubt they're really good.

I just want to avoid getting them in to find out they are a little too bright for my preference. That's my main concern.

Hopefully I can get my hands on a demo pair soon.

I can compare direct to Titan tonight when I get home if you wnat.  That should give you a ballpark oin the treble intensity

Got my ATE yeah man, slightly warmer then the ED9 a little bulky, only had 5min to listen but very happy for the cost of a large pizza. Off to my daughters softball game 2nd play off game we won the first 13-2. Hopefully my daughter can mow them down again pitching.

The ATE are a pretty nice little pick up, but yeah, they're a little thick

 Good luck at the game!

We are after the same iems. Same taste and sound signature requirements. Although I probably put separation above bass for Trance. Non tiring Silky and yet sparkly treble with lush mids.
Don't mind using little Equ.

Wondering if I can stretch to $150 would A73 suit ?
I find Titans to be aggressive and tiring.

I dont find the A73 as fatiguing as the Titans, but the treble can get a little hot in some badly recorded tracks. I listened to the A73 for a full straight 5 hours and was fine at the end, where
 with the Titans I can get a maximum on 2 hours before I start to get a spitting headache. Also, the people around me are more appreciative of the isolation with the A73.

Have you ever measured the volume you're listening at Igor?

Just curious - because of the comments on the headache and the people around you (with the Titan).  I mean it doesn't have a lot of isolation - but unless you have it turned up quite a bit, it's still not that noticeable IMO.

Any chance you could try it at your normal listening levels - then shove the nozzle into an SPL meter and measure the peaks?

So you're retired, living in Hawaii and dating a young one, eh?

Usually when someone posts a pic I say I'm looking forward to your impressions on it, but I feel this time it would be considered inappropriate lol

Cheers and welcome to the Lab buddy

Thank for the comment about GF, she was reading your post and had a laugh as she is not that young, she's 42 and her daughter just graduated from college in May, I was able to retired at 52 due to cutbacks in military funding so I got a great bonus of which some is used for this hobby.  She also likes to listen with headphones while she is working out so I got her a momentum on-ear two years ago for her birthday:

Have a great day everyone!
