Very cool! I just opened d5200 while ago but sold those allready. Wish I had checked if it had similar diaphgram texture. Here's a picture of a denon d7200 driver cone with light shining through to show a crosshatch-type structure. You don't really notice this when looking at it normally with reflected light. Sorry for the poor quality of the picture, but I hope it shows enough detail.
Later I'll post a similar picture of a driver out of my d9200 as it appears thinner and without the crosshatch structure. The D7200 and D9200 drivers look indistinguishable until you shine a light through them.

Here is the AKG K275, I assume under the plastic cover it looks like the K245 drivers. It's glued on so not taking it off.
K245 for reference:
Front baffle looks the same on both

Audio-Technica ATH-909
Seems to be OEM'd for them by Beyerdynamic.
Driver suspended in spoke area.
Thick felt ring ( seen removed in picture ) takes place of typical white baffle vent paper.
Can see through to outside with felt off.
Disc of black foam over driver front.
Not shown well is the driver diffusor has a center hole middle of the dome, not that big.
Driver diffusor measurements across silver, edge to edge is ~ 43-44 mm.
Trying to figure out how to open there must be some tabs hidden.
Check pad rears, must need this amount of perforations to soak up some brutal Beyer treble.

Ya, that new driver does look a bit different then the original, but I am not really surprised. What I do think is weird, is how these drivers look like blower fans lol.
