So basically the biggest things are that:
We are conditioned to charge the smartphones once a day
They make money from not replacing batteries themselves and by selling them.
They are veterans in desigining battery enclosures that pass safety tests enough to maximize the battery inside.

Actually, probably the biggest thing is that original iPhone owners were pissed when they had to ship off their phones and go without them for a few days to have a soldered in battery replaced. It was a failed design idea. Now they have plugs so that the battery can be quickly switched out by Apple store support specialists.

We are talking about two kinds of replaceable batteries here

Most Android makers could just as easilly switch to internal replaceable batteries.

hi guys! i have recentlu bought one from ebay for the price of $217 (knowing that this is not a recommended way). hopefully it will be in my hands in a couple of days. is there a restriction on different speeds of 64 gb micro sd cards, or is any 64 gb micro sd okay for x3? i am particularly thinking of using sandisk ultra btw.

To my ear, the X3 has a pretty decent sound. The UI is easy to use, which is a relief and it has gapless. The case is very good looking and has a strong feel to it.

how long does it take x3 to load your library on startup?

It loads pretty fast. Seems like it is ready to go when I turn it on, even with a new card.

I wonder if the EQ is as versatile as a rockboxed clip.

Of course it isn't. No DAP out there comes with a 10-band fully parametric EQ from the factory.

Sadly.
But I don't really like EQing anyway.

I think the better question is, what don't you like about the X3? (doesn't really matter for me, as I've already ordered, but I'm curious anyway)

The Ultra is fast enough.

Most shouldnt have problems theoretically with class 2s even unless they start playing wavs.

Only pretty decent? That's a huge letdown considering I ordered it as an upgrade to the Colorfly C3...

"Decent" to one, could be "godly" to someone else...

as i suggest more often: try it for yourself. If you don't like it, you could always resell it...
