in a 24 hour period, your staff should be more than able to send an email to someone who DOES know the answer rather than reply in the negative without thinking. I havent worked in many professional environments but everywhere I've worked, the policy has been "if you dont know the answer, ask someone who does".
I wanted this player because it supports flac. But now i cant go out and buy a 64 gig card because I dont want to spend that money and find out that it doesnt work, so im using MP3 on this. I could have stuck to my phone and bought a USB dac instead.
Perhaps your employees should watch some videos on ipods, cowons, and some free software like Winamp, and see exactly how an american interface is designed. So far i have not seen a single "feature" suggestion go through. Its as if your entire company is working to fix a single issue at one time, and your company wont fix the glaring issues in your employee base that would enable you to actually make some progress.
Hire people who know english, even if they are from the states. Let someone familiar with US interface design work on the player's firmware. I know its not easy to modify it, but its not THAT difficult for someone who has been working on it from the beginning.
