FYI, these are some FUN headphones. The earpads are easily removable and I was able to fit some Meze 99 earpads on it that increase the soundstage a bit (closed back, so it's still limited), improves imaging, and still retains the powerful solid bass slam.NuForce HP-800 going for $39.

I can see these as perfect for movies or any bass forward genres. Clarity is good. $39 is a steal. A little large for mobile use, but perfect for home, office, etc.

Went the cheap route though; as if $39.99 wasn't cheap enough!
Don't really have a decent sounding inexpensive, basshead-ish can that I can leave laying around...thinking movies as well!
