This sale ends today.

I ordered SR325e and got it 2 days ago.

Its legit. Packaging could have been better but headphones arrived safely in a sealed grado box

The headphone pads I was sent were not the Grado G cush pads that I ordered. Instead I received (what to be knock offs of) the lesser Grado L cush pads.  Has anyone else had this issue?

On top of all that, the pads arrived in a damaged condition.

  T90 Jubilee $300 - http://www.ebay.com/itm/322201776361

The DT1990 was just released which means the T90's may reach T70 prices, but this is a limited edition at a nice price.  The T90 Jubilee was an anniversary edition that did not change the sound, just the look of the T90.  Only 1000 were made.

So I just received these headphones, they are T90 Chrome's which are not the T90 Jubilee's.  The picture in the listing shows T90 Jubilee as the product stamp.  The catalog number in the description is BEYT90JUBILEE.  The description talks about the 90th anniversay limited edition for 2014.  So I'm sorry to those that bought this thinking it was the Jubilee.  Based on the auction, I thought it was...  Also, you'll receive a soft case instead of a hard case, and there is no cd as stated in the auction description.  I'm going to contact them about the auction tomorrow, but there's always returns if you were expecting the Jubilee.

On the bright side, they sound amazing!  The T1 is my favorite headphone, and these are definitely great sounding headphones.

Can you take a picture of the box? Please?

The regular T90 and T90J, from multiple reports, are supposed to be the same sonically. Seems like Beyer had a lot of spare chrome parts.

The box does say hard case btw, it's rigid, but soft.

Thanks!
Hopefully BuyDig change the title/description soon.
Still, it's a brand new T90 for $299. Pretty good deal.

Sony XB950BT (black/blue/red) for $99 on eBay (via BuyDig).

Massdrop's Nuforce Primo 8 deal seems pretty good.

A lot of competition at their original price of $400.  Up until this point they weren't really known for high-end offerings in their headphone line-up... more of a value based line.  One of the more favorable reviews I read of them compared them to the RE-600, of course at the time that was also a $400 IEM.  It's now a $200 IEM and I think the Nuforce belongs in that class as well.

A mid focused 4 BA earphone with good comfort and solid build. Original MSRP for $500. This is an absolute bargain at $200. Mmcx connectors so you can use the slew of aftermarket cables including balanced cables on them. Sound even better with silver cables. In fact with silver cables these end up sounding very similar to the HEM8 their newest flagship earphones. They require some tip modding/ rolling for best sonics but otherwise excellent deal.

Smaller ears might not like the fit on these however. I would say mid to larger ears would do much better for comfort.

Does anyone know why these never caught on? I don't remember hearing anything about build quality or negative reviews... On the other hand, never really heard anything great either...

@ $500 these were difficult to sell. I don't know if they compete with $500 earphones. My Sony Z5 mops the floor with these things for example.  They should have sold for $300 imo. But for $200? Not too many 4BA earphones will be sold at this price.
