These worth picking up for this price? I have 4 pairs of full sized cans but nothing with a remote. Would these be good for noisy bus ride with drunk people?

They're good closed headphones for $100 and for $40 they're quite the steal. More from Tyll at Innerfidelity:

This.  They sound good and are comfortable.  One ear seems to touch more than the other side, but I think it's just me.  My son loves them.  Oh, and try them w/out the noise cancelling first.

For the money I think they're a steal
Paid 31 bucks for a pair a couple weeks ago
Grab one before it's gone
Bass heavy and v shaped in active mode
More neutral in passive mode

Remote is play/pause only on my nexus 4
Volume works on iPad

Well made and comfy

Buy one before they're gone

Picked one up with 3 left, thanks! Hoping it'll be a significant upgrade over the Clip+ I've been using for years. There's still one left if anyone's interested (this is the lowest price they've reached according to camelcamelcamel!).

Me, too. I have a Clip+ and a Clip Zip and am looking for that upgrade, too :)

Yeah the anc on the 4000s made them super bass heavy bloated cans but in passive mode they're great. I just removed the batteries entirely.

Agreed, the noise canceling may be nice for quieting down loud environments, but I'd never listen to music in anything other than passive mode.

Damn you.  The only real reason I want these is for the remote. I flashed cm11 on my s3 last night and until I find out whether the battery is always going to be as garbage as it's been the last few hours I'm using my clip for music and the remote would be useless.  Must resist temptation

That refurbished DT 770 premium 600ohm that was listed earlier got lowered to $119.

Just received dt700 600ohm.  Box was little beat up but phones look very clean.  Didn't come with 1/4 adapter(was supposed to come with it) so contacted seller.  Let's see how they response.  Thanks Tranman409 btw.  My ears thank you but my wallet hates you.
