I had a pair, but ended up upgrading to piano black Monitor Audio RX8s, which retail for around $1000 less than the Mirages. Something just wasn't quite right.

The omnidirectional nature of Mirage speakers is very polarizing. You'll either love it or hate it. I personally love them for movies but not a fan for music. I use a DefTech system and I'm going to be adding a pair of their bipolar floor standing speakers soon turning my 5.1 into a 7.2.
 
Still, that was a very decent deal on a great set of floor standing speakers.
