Oh damn, the LCD-24 is my favorite full-size from Audeze and that's one heck of a discount. And an LCDi4 for $1K? I'm obviously biased, but that's a steal too.

I never even heard of the LCD-24 until this moment (?!?). Now I have one in my cart. Help!

Seriously, anyone who has this HP: how are the dynamics?

I had a pre-fazor LCD-3 a couple years ago. It has the loveliest planar sound I'd ever heard...it absolutely crushed classical music of all kinds. But the dynamics were IMO not up to par; playing any music w/a strong beat & bass was a frustrating experience.

Are the dynamics of the LCD-24 better than LCD-3?

(thanks)

Keep in mind, that in the past Audeze has offered another round of discounts (maybe not quite as tempting) in early December.
A few years ago they offered the LCD3 Maple (which is beautiful looking BTW) for $1,100 and the LCD-MX4 for $1,500 and discounts on various Sine and iSine headphones post-Black Friday during the early December timeframe.
Any specific time this sale goes live? Hopefully I'll be able to snag an i4 then. I wish Audeze was more consistent with their sale dates or at least gave somewhat of a heads-up beforehand.

Dan Clark audio has a 15% discount on most of their products and 25% off if you create an account. https://danclarkaudio.com/. Here's the full description from the email I got:

Today through Monday, 11/30, Club DCA members get an additional 10% discount (total discount of 25%, ÆON RT discount is 20%) off any award-winning Dan Clark Audio headphones for yourself, or perhaps to share the gift of great sound

No. The year that I mentioned, it was the first week in December. I can't remember if they did it last year but you can probably search this thread and see.
In addition, Audeze has b-stock sales pretty often. Usually don't discount as heavily as Black Friday but just a month ago as part of Octoberfest I believe, they offered the LCDi4 b-stock for around $1,500.

Looks like a solid value on a set of BT headphones from Sennheiser - HD458BT with active noise cancellation and high-quality wireless codec support (AAC, aptX™, aptX™ Low Latency)

$99.98 w/free shipping (was $199.98)

These are nice, mid-level cans for the money. But fair warning: The openings are VERY small for the ear cups, and the clamping force is pretty strong. So, a comfortable fit could be a problem if you have big ears or a big noggin.

Is there a snowball's chance in hell they might restock the i4 or am I out of luck with this sale?
