Well with product captions like "The annual high sexual price headphones" we know they're not not spending any extra money on ad copy:

ebay has 10% ebay bucks by invitation only, so I'm not sure if it's for most people that are signed up to their ebay bucks program or not. You might want to check on your ebay home page...

What is the Promotion?

10% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item (the “Promotion”).

Who's eligible?
Only invited, registered eBay Bucks participants who receive the promotional offer from eBay in My Messages are eligible. Sorry, no forwarding—the offer is not transferable.

Promotion details
The Promotion starts at 5:00AM PT on December 26, 2018 and ends at 11:59PM PT on December 27, 2018 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion applies to any qualifying items purchased during the Promotion Period that meet the minimum purchase requirement. You must activate the offer to qualify.

*Qualifying items exclude all items in the following categories: Classifieds; Business & Industrial, but only for Heavy Equipment within that category; Real Estate; Gift Cards & Coupons, including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category; Bullion within the Coins & Paper category; and all categories in Motors, except Parts & Accessories.

Rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per Earn Period. See eBay Bucks Terms and Conditions for other program restrictions. Purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period and paid for before the Promotion ends. eBay reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the Promotion at any time.

As an alternative, the KEF Q150 are still only $299 (originally $550), are 8 Ohms and require only 10 watts RMS. I have their older, slightly bigger brother the Q300 and they are amazing speakers.

Same price from KEF Direct.

I also like KEF speakers and have the older full range Q300 and Q100 (which get down to 42 and 49 Hz respectively). My Q300's are main speakers with an early 1980's vintage Yamaha stereo receiver. I use the Q100's as surrounds in a 5.1 system.

However, the Q150 only goes down to 51 Hz. So you will need a sub.

One will not necessarily need a subwoofer with the Q150. 51 Hz is actually pretty good bass response for any bookshelf speaker. The low point does not define overall bass response and room response. People will need to listen to the speakers' sound in their room, try various placement, and decide for themselves if they actually need or want a subwoofer. Of course, a subwoofer helps, especially with bookshelf speakers, but it's not a necessity for everyone.

Penon Audio has the TFZ King Updated Version IEMs on sale for $69 down from $109 on AE or $89 on eBay:

Just don't confuse these with the Exclusive King, King II, King LTD, King Pro, King Koopa, or King Kong.
