best buy price match through the phone and it pulled through. placed 2 black ones. I asked the indian dude if I could give feedback on his work and after I told the supervisor that the caller did a great job...heard random clapping around the room. hilarious way to end the night. Should get it by thursday

Likely on open box item. I purchased a pair of focals from them this week, and they arrived open box. They taped over the tape that had been broken by the first user. Electronics expo is a store similar to best buy/pc Richard's (but smaller) here in Jersey, so they might be authorized but I'm not sure.

Thanks, I hope it's not an "open box", when it's listed as "new".

Read closely what he wrote. He called Best Buy and asked them to price match the deal on hhgregg's website. Best Buy's price match policy is described here. Apparently he doesn't actually meet all of their requirements for price match, but the Best Buy customer representative in India didn't verify everything (e.g. should have entered a zip code to verify availability). So he got lucky and managed to get the $149 price from Best Buy. Best Buy might not catch the error, but if they do they'd probably cancel the order.

Panasonic RP-HDE10-S IEMs are only $130 through amazon importers now... been going for $175-200 not too long ago. Really excellent set of warmish IEMs for this price IMO. Only downside is the included tips are kind of crap, but they will fit large-bore tips like spiral dots, auvio etc... (shell a little big which can be uncomfortable with wrong tip also).
