I agree that those seller ratings are a complete turn-off, esp. if you expect to get warranty service directly from them.  If it were a $130 item that I really wanted, it might be worth taking a risk.  But a $1300 item, no way!
 
BTW, MusicTek now says 'sold out' for Opus#2.
