 Or look at it as an opening should you want to chat up the young lady wearing them. Something like "I hope those sound better than the stupid look they have". Maybe that approach is why I am awful with the ladies or lady in my case. Wifey never listens to me.

Reminder that another phone cruelly stricken from the Wall (on ear sealed) the ES-FC300s are still on sale for $40 by Onkyo on Amazon. In fact the same purple color Tyll called equal or better than $200-$250 phones, as well as white are available.

Very comfortable and musical phones.

Sadly, the more low key & tasteful Iron Maiden Commemorative version runs a bit higher.

Yes. These are an amazing deal. I still have them and took them out of storage recently. They are still amazing and I wonder why I put them aside. I paid $99 on a special deal years back. For $40 these are a crazy good sounding headphone.

just got my senn 650's today that were from the deal someone posted here. the clamp is much greater than i thought it would be but that should loosen up after awhile. for 284 usd it isnt a bad deal plus its been a long time since i listed to traditional drivers. so used to planar it's refreshing

The clamping force can be annoying on the 650's. I noticed it was more severe than my Beyerdynamic DT-990 Pro's.

Clamping force subsides with use on 650's. I have an average to slightly smaller head so the clamping is more noticeable and it subsided nicely on both my 600 and 650 over a little time. Might have helped that my big headed son used them when I was not home all the time though.
