Matrix M Stage also works.
Personally I use my Matrix M Stage for some forms of music, for example, rock, and my 336 for other forms of music.  The Matrix has a more immediate and tighter, more focused sound than the average tube amp.  The 366 has a nice, open relaxing sound.

If I had to choose only one of my amps for my DT880s it would be my La Figaro 336C which is a vacuum tube OTL amp, which is fairly similar to your Little Dot Mk III.

THe LDIII is nothing like the 336, myself and others found the LD quite lack-luster even with upgraded tubes. It doesn't mate well at all with the demanding 600Ohm beyers.

I would like to buy the DT 880 250 ohm with the amp 2STEPDANCE.
But i'm also very interesting by the DT 880 600 ohm. Do you know which portable amp can i use for appreciate the DT 880 600 ohm ?
 
If i understand, the DT 880 need 2,51mW to give a pressure level of 100db.
But the DT 880 32 - 250 - 600 ohm need respectivly 0,28V – 0,79V – 1,22V.
So i need to find a portable amp wich can delivery 1,22V, isn't it ?

Yes,  your math is basically correct.
But you will need a portable amp that can deliver 1.22 x 2 x 1.414 = 3.45 Volts peak to peak to drive 600 ohm Beyers, so power supply will have to be 4 volts or greater.
Which means your portable headphone amp will probably be running flat out to drive 600 ohm Beyers.   However, some of the iBassos output a fair amount of voltage. D6 maybe?
 
IMHO 80 ohm Beyers would be a better match for a portable amp..

It'd be paired with an E7/E9. I really don't know which cans to go with! >.<

I will probably buy the DT-880 Pro 250 Ohm but before gunning it, how do they pair with the Fiio E11? I read that it is quite analytical sounding and requires a fair bit amount of power. Will the E11 be a good match? Or should I begin to look for something else?
I'm currently using a Shure SE425 IEM and with the E11, it is a great match. But will the DT-880 Pro with the E11 be even better?

I have the DT880 Pro, and I think the E11 would drive it reasonably well (in fact, I use it with less powerful sources, so even the 600Ω version would not be bad). Maybe you will need to use the higher gain mode, but I am not sure. The E11 has a neutral frequency response and very low output impedance, so it will not make the sound "warm" or change it in other obvious ways, unless you use the bass boost EQ.

Try an iBasso D6 or PB2, they both run off higher voltage power supplies.
The D6 runs off a 12 Volt power supply, the PB2 runs off a 16 Volt power supply.   You don't need to run the headphones in a balanced mode to get the benefit of a PB2.
I have an iBasso D12 and I like it with my 60 ohm AKG Q701.
 
High impedance headphones need more voltage than an equivalent low impedance phone,   low impedance phones need more current,    i.e. DT880 32 or 250 or 600 ohm phones all require the same amount of power to get the same volume.    But you seemed to have figured that out already!

Of all the amps I've owned/auditioned the DT880/600 with the 336 with upgraded tubes comes close to perfection. Really it all comes down to the tubes you can roll, I also enjoy the WA2 and would consider that equally as good.

Why not for the iBasso PB2 and the D6 has also a DAC !
 
And what do you think about the Corda Jazz (not portable ) for a DT880 with 660 ohms ? It's better to have an amp with tube ?
 
And for the music i listen rock (Radiohead, Bjork, Sigur Ros, Smashing, etc..) , pop rock (Coldplay, etc...) and a little bit of classique (requiem Mozart, Fauré or Wagner Tristan and Isolde)

Vacuum tube amps create a sound users usually like, and that pairs well with analytical headphones, like the K701 and the DT880. However that happens thanks to a lot of distortion created, so you lose detail and 'sharpness'. It depends on what you want and what you listen to.
