I would have preferred a much smaller logo/branding for sure. The marbleized red is too pretty to be covered up.

@Richsvt , I'll take a little passage noise for the natural sound of analog over digital any day. I've thought about going back to cassette in my car many times because digital is dry to me where as when I used to listen to the same songs on cassette in my car I'd be tapping my foot and often finding myself singing those songs after exiting the car!

Heck OD, I knew I wanted a pair about 10 minutes into my test drive and by the time I had to pack them to the next lucky listener I 'ed maybe even a Just dumped for new shoes on the Outback or I'd be waiting on my delivery too. Happy for you, me not so much at least for the time being

Yes, I've been wringing my hands since I purchased them. Lol. I didn't choose 2 day shipping, so bought an Effects Audio cable 2nd day and they Said they would include the Scarlets in the same shipping. Very nice of them. Musicteck has fantastic customer service.

Hell, I'm always up to get something new but I am trying to save up to install a new audio system in my car (no cassettes, unfortunately). I can't justify those beautiful Scarlets but have had my eye on the Kiwi Ears Melody and may grab that as a consolation prize.
