That won't do anything for a ground loop. I've even had a electrician in and they couldn't figure anything out. I think I'm going to contact anther one.

And bad news the addin card isn't working now. I get sound but I also get static. Grrrrrrr. Well back it goes.

The more stuff I can review, the better, it means my experience is more relevant.

Also, I finally heard a TH-XX, the purpleheart. Very interesting signature

Just got the Sabaj D5 DAC/Amp yesterday, which has the ES9038PRO DAC chip. I am very impressed by the build quality and it looks nicer than I thought it would.

I reckon it is the best bang for buck out there at the moment. I see no reason to spend any more money.................

But don't tell the Panda how good it is!

I have also had the SMSL M10 and I much prefer the Sabaj D5. Seemingly the two companies are related.

The guys over at audioscience think this is the bees knees. It measures really well. So the engineers at Sabaj must know what they are doing. I've only heard one 9038pro DAC that I've liked.

So a guy on Amazon is saying the Sabaj D5 is as good as the RME ADI-2 but warmer. I didn't like the RME because it was to sterile for me but loved the detail. Hmmmm the rabbit hole is going deeper.....
