Hey Majo, glad to hear that you are really liking the R6 Pro!

I wonder if there is much difference between the £500 R6 and the £800 R6 Pro? I reckon that the DAP makers are getting a bit too greedy with their prices!

I have started to use bluetooth a lot, so how does your R6 Pro sound?

Hey Jerick, how is your N6ii sounding over bluetooth as I remember when you first got it, you said that you heard some electrical noise?

From what I’ve read the pro has a redesigned amp section. I believe the output impedance on R6 is 10 ohm while the pro is 0.5. Also R6 I believe uses 2.5 mm balanced and pro 4.4 mm. There could be more but I believe those are the major changes. Oh, I believe R6 is android 6 while pro is android 8.

So in consideration that a purge might be soon, sat myself down to re-listen to some stuff that I haven't touched in a while. This makes it harder as I now remember why I still have this gear.
Listening to this through the X5iii>Norne Therium 4-wire> Cypher Labs C6, just cool sounding...

@Light - Man yes I'm still getting a little electrical noise when the WiFi and Bluetooth are on with my N6ii. I only hear it with really sensitive IEMs though. I forgot all about it because you don't hear it unless there is a break in audio and you have really sensitive IEMs. I have an email in to Cayin to see what they think.

@SteveOliver do you have this issue? You can check by turning the volume all the way down when you have a song playing and the Wifi or Bluetooth on.

Earlier when you said you were thinking about getting another X3ii, I went and hid mine and said "Nope, nope, nope, you're not selling the X3ii, OldDude!" I love it too much, but sometimes the purge bug gets me, lol. Congrats on the X3ii and the SD card, did you get a good deal?
