Thanks @JamesFiiO - appreciate your reply. I see the ‘audios’ typo has been fixed in 1.0.5 - thank you! Love this dap, long may you continue to support it1, we are considering to add a pure music mode in M11 in the future.
2, it can't be, it is hardware issue.
3, we will consider it.
4, sure.
5, thanks.

Hi @FiiO, @JamesFiiO
Picked up an issue on the M11 where I can't select analog clock instead of digital clock in the clock app. Doesn't work with the app itself, the home screen, lock screen or screen saver. You can select analog, but it immediately goes back to digital after exit. Might be worth looking into...

Quite a newbie question - I see that the M5 has a coax output. Can I plug in a simple 3.5mm to RCA adapter to connect it to my home amplifier or do I need a special coax cable to do the conversion?

A 3.5mm(TRRS) to RCA coaxial adapter is needed.
Best regards

Hello, Fiio M11 user with firmware 1.0.5 here.
Fiio Music navigation problem
Since I have thousands of albums, especially for Classical, it's necessary to sort music via 'Genre/Artist/Album' instead of the actual 'Genre/Album' which results in a too long album list and impossible to search inside the Genre 'Classical' since it'is not even displayed the Artist Name.
In Classical there are multi entries of same Album (i.e. Symphony N. 1) of different composers (Artist name: Beethoven, Mahler,...), add a different director and it's a mess.
1] Could you implement 'Genre/Artist/Album' navigation in future updates?
USB DAC/Amp mode problem
I'm using Windows 7 64bit with JRiver Media Center (with DSP Output disabled) and Fiio drivers 4.47.0. PCM files are stored in ALAC or FLAC. All to DSD is off inside M11.
Any PCM file is displayed inside M11 as upconverted to 32bits.
PCM files natively at 16bits/44Khz or 24bits/192Khz are displayed respectively as 32bits/44Khz or 32bits/192Khz.
2] Is there a way to set a bit-perfect conversion without upsampling everything to 32bits?
Instructions
I can't download or have received inside the package any detailed instructions, just a Quick Start Guide.
3] Is there a way to download a more comprehensive manual?
Authentic-Checking
I read "scratch off the coating to get a 20-bit security code". I can't find anything to scratch off...
4] Where is phisically located the coating or where do I find the code?
Please, answer the 4 points above and let me know.
Thank you very much.
