I have HEKSE and Serratus is almost there. Close enough for me.

Can anyone compare the soundstage of serratus against hifiman arya or something lcd-x?

If not comparable, which specific headphones do you think its soundstage compares to?

Serratus with the plastic covers in place of the foams. More comfortable so far.
What covers are you referring to? I am having some comfort issues with the foams. Thanks!!

My Ripples had a pair of silicone covers included. You can double check with tgx that yours will include them :)

Yes I tried those but felt a lack of bass. I thought someone had found another type of cover. I'm going to see if fins help.

Have you tried to put the silicone rings on top of the foam? Are the foams scratching or is the shell+foam combo too wide in diameter?

I tried but had a really hard time getting that to work...I'll try a little harder and see if I can get them on over the foam.

I don't really find the foam uncomfortable, it's more that the bells move a little and the sound gets lost. They're not sitting securely enough.

Ah I see. The silicone should help with getting enough grip inside your ear. You could also cut the foam to just cover the faceplate and then put the silicone over it.

Alternatively, could try some Hiegi foams, which are a bit thicker than stock TGX, but they will change the sound sig slightly

I will give it another try. Thanks!
