AFAIK all Walkman devices fall under the NW name. Are you referring to the WM series?

Does anyone else have trouble with metadata for .mp3 files on the ZX300 with Genre showing up as "17"?

Regardless of the genre I select while editing the metadata of an mp3 file - i.e. "Rock", "Alternative", etc., on the ZX300 the Genre is listed as "17"

Sony doesn't recognize genre numbers. You need to change the numbers to the actual name for them to show correctly.

I've been enjoying my unit for a while now but noticed today that the rubber/plastic insert or sleeve for the unbalanced mini-jack has somehow detached and no longer accepts the male minijack. Has anyone else experienced this? Seems an odd part to lose and not sure how to replace it.

Ah my bad I goof'd. I was referring to their entry level daps like the nw-a45/a55 etc etc.
