Sony NW-ZX300

Has anyone tried any of the Denons balanced with their ZX300 (even converted D2/5/7000). I agree that they won't sound their best from the ZX300 but for occasional use I was wondering if anyone had experience.

Yes, d2000 modded w wood cups runs fine on balanced. Not perfect but still fun to listen to. Bass isn't as tight as is possible w more/better power, not as dynamic, but, works fine. Definitely enjoyable still, balanced that is.

If you're on the fence on getting the zx300 leather case by dignis, rest assured that it's of great quality and craftsmanship. Cutouts are exact and the fit is tight but perfect. Buttons feel kinda tactile still, imagine the actuation is like compressing leather upon initial contact and the actual click right after.

Without a doubt the price is high, but it's an item I feel would last as long as I care for it. It looks great, feels fantastic and protects the zx300. The protective stickers that come included is a nice touch too.

Case pictured is the brown colour option :)

Over time the leather will soften up. But I agree this is a TOTL case.

^^^
Nice case actually. About $100 US incl. ship to Canada. I may consider this.

Those of you who have said case: did you apply all the included protectors to the ZX300 as well?

Agreed. The leather case is nice and all that but it leave the top part of the ZX300 unprotected. Things can go bad if you drop it and the ZX300 landed top down unprotected.

This is my new case, using it for a good few months.

Hi,
What is this case please ?
Just a cheap Chinese unbranded case, but very good quality and it also comes with a matt glass screen protector and 3 piece of each the 4.4mm dust caps, 3.5mm dust caps and WM port. this case is my actual case, but the protector is not the supplied one. the red part is hard plastic, black part is rubber, when the player is laid flat on the table, the rubber case raises the player about 1-2mm.
