I have a Macbook (not M1). I transfer my files (including FLAC) easily with Finder. Just drag and drop.New M1 Macbook Air has ARM based architecture. So it might not recognize Nw-A55.
Like nc8000 said flac files might not be recognized by macOS as well.

Yes but was asking about iTunes play lists for flac filesThat's correct, but nothing to do with A55. If he has flac files, just copy them to the A55 and be done.
