Actually listened to most of the headphones on iPhone se

...Well, from what I recall you're in ok company here.

I was listening to the IER-Z1R through the Sony ZX300 and the iBasso DX220 with amp8. Aside from putting leeches in my ears to bleed them and my brain I ran out of ideas.

Methinkses someone who doesn’t know how to insert IEMs shouldn’t be commenting on what other people have heard or are using.

Methinkses you live and you learn, emphasis on the learning. Something you probably have difficulties with given your attitude. I tried multiple insertions and on what I settled I passed the push-in test to see if that improves sound from your insertion state.

I went to an audiologist last month. Did hearing test. I literally have hearing in the 97 percentile. She said supersonic hearing.

This at least would make some sense. I strongly recommend improving your source. Especially with the full-sized headphones, lol! You need to broaden your horizons.

I dunno man, it’s not everyday you encounter someone who attributes tinnitus to IEM insertion depth. Nevermind the same person also being the one complaining for page after page, throwing a tantrum over Ibasso not offering a user modded amplifier as a commercial product. I don’t think that’s a thing most people have to learn.

Nah the whole point of listening to music is on the go. So LG v40 is as far as I'm willing to go. If I wanted a sit still and listen to music situation, id just get electrostatics and maybe planar. Skip dynamic drivers.
